We are looking for Hosts and Expo/Runners!
Host Duties: - Greeting and welcoming guests into the restaurant. - Taking and managing reservations of a large quantity. - Staying organized and maintaining seating distribution. - Good communication with guests and the rest of the staff. - Light cleaning around the restaurant and other tasks allocated by management. Expo/Runner Duties: - Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen. - Making sure orders are being prepared with the correct priority. - Assisting in the final preparation of dishes. - Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature. - Deliver orders to maintain fast service. - Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards.
